O2 Plus 2.0 [xda-developers]: A Today Screen plugin that lets you quickly launch apps and – crucially – create phone profies (to automate diverts, volumes, etc.). Try the third downlink link for a version hacked for use on non-O2 devices.
Delta Minaret: Muslim prayer times calculator.
Cabextract [Fink], a unix program that I use on my Macintosh to extract .CAB archives from .EXE installer files for Windows Mobile applications. (Missing Sync for Windows Mobile is able to install .CAB files from a Mac but not .EXE packages.)
